'83-'86 GS550 16V Fours with Siamese Mikuni BSW30 CV Slide Carbs

This is the third gen GS550 with the unique for Suzuki BSW30 CV slide carbs. They looked like a pair of carbs, but worked like 4 carbs. They all look similar and physically mount to any of the models and years listed. However, they had many differences and internal tuning. The air screws can be seized and it is easy to destroy a body if your not prepared. 

 Starting in '71 Suzuki started year coding bikes in the last letter used in the name. You may see this code on your bikes paperwork or in a parts list or catalog.  I leave this off as it is redundant if you are showing the year anyway. There is a chart below to find your year code.

Below is a set of '85 GS550L (GS550LF) 43610 carbs.  Most of these models were factory painted after they were assembled which left the center area with no paint or very thin. I typically leave them stripped as they look better in the long run, but you can request painting if you prefer.
