'02-'04 VL800 Intruder Volusia With Mikuni BDSR34 Single Down-Draft Carb
This is the first V-Twin Suzuki cruiser bike to have a single carb. The bike runs a single Mikuni BDSR34.
Starting in '71 Suzuki started year coding bikes in the last letter used in the name. You may see this code on your bikes paperwork or in a parts list or catalog. I leave this off as it is redundant if you are showing the year anyway. There is a chart below to find your year code.
Below is a '04 VL800 41F20 carb. These are the same carb for all years, but the California has different internal tuning. This represents US models only.
