'96-'04 VN1500 Vulcan Single Keihin CVK40 Carbs

This was the second iteration of the 1500 Vulcan and it's variations. It came with a single CVK40 very similar to big Harleys at the time (But not the same). All of these carbs physically interchange from this list, but the internal tuning can dramaticly change from one carb ID to another. Bad tuners, bad kits, and bad informnation can make these carbs run terrible. It is very impotant to correctly ID the carb and build it correctly and NO kit I have ever found can be 100% trusted. If they are set-up correctly these bikes run and sound awesome!

Pictured below is a VN1500G G432 carb which is a CVK40 side-draft. These only represent US  street models and years. As an added note, I have NEVER vapor or media blasted any carb I have ever rebuilt.
