'94-'03 VF750C Magna V-Four KeiHin VP31 and VP30
This is what I call the third gen Magna carbs. They are considerably different than earlier VD versions. These are a VP body that is shared with CBR models like the CBR600F3 with the exception of being laid out in a V4 pattern. They are the same for all years, but internally tuned different on the California version.
Below is a set of '94-'03 VF750C Magna (VP31AA) carbs. Both VF750C '94-'03 models look the same, but do not share the same internal tuning parts.
